As a Machine Learning Engineer at Nightingale Caring Solutions, a startup focused on using cutting-edge technology to improve patient outcomes in the healthcare industry, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. My primary role involves developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in the healthcare setting. In addition to my work in machine learning, I have also contributed to projects involving API development, data science, database engineering, and more.
Successfully developed and implemented advanced machine learning algorithms using XGBoost, SMOTE, and parameter tuning to accurately predict sparse negative outcomes.
Designed and built a robust framework for generating representative synthetic data.
Used framework to create dynamic Big Data datasets, enabling their use for training machine learning algorithms.
Conducted extensive research and analysis to optimize the performance of machine learning algorithms.
Worked on PyOMO model to optimize assignments of patients to nurses.
Implemented API for the dynamic usage of the assignment model.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of machine learning solutions into software products.
